How Can Reflexology Help You?

The body has the ability to heal itself. Reflexology can be used to restore the body’s natural equilibrium & encourage healing.

Reflexology is a holistic therapy, suitable for all ages.
Enhanced vitality, balance and well-being results from this therapy.

It is a unique method of using thumb and finger pressure on specific areas of the foot or “reflexes”. Stimulation of these reflex points results in stimulating the body’s corresponding organs and systems. The pressure applied to these points helps to relax muscles and encourages the body to heal. Energy levels are boosted and the immune system is strengthened.

About Me

My practice is run from my home where I am delighted to offer a calm, clean, private environment for you to experience the relaxing, rejuvenating benefits of foot reflexology. I’ve been a certified reflexologist therapist for over 15 years and a current member of the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC).

I am a Master Reiki practitioner and have developed an affinity to working with crystals and essential oils with both the reiki and reflexology healing modalities.

Originally born in Kelowna, I’ve returned with my family after an 18 year career with the Federal Government. I know all too well the dangers of burn out, so am passionate about helping others mitigate stress in their lives.

Be well, Robyn

Were you searching for the “Best Reflexologist Near Me”? According to these lovely people, you may have found it:

I was experiencing debilitating pain in my leg from a pinched nerve.  I had been frantic because I was unable to sleep, sit, stand, lie down or walk without pain.  I went to Robyn for one of my regular treatments and told her the problem.  As she was working on my heel, I could feel the nerve releasing, and the pain leaving my leg.  Since that time, the nerve pain is virtually gone, I can walk, stand, sit and sleep without pain

I have been seeing Robyn for treatment of my peripheral neuropathy for several months. I started to notice improvement in my condition after the third treatment. Improvements have continued ever since.
Thanks Robyn

When my feet feel good, I feel good. An hour with Robyn is like a monthly tune-up. – I wish I had a third foot

Aside from the obvious therapeutic benefits of this treatment, there is simply a no more relaxing way to spend an hour. As busy as I am, I have learned that sometimes I just need to make that time for myself. And the results are so immediately obvious, its now something that I really look forward to fitting into my schedule!
